- Competition and organizational data, such as athlete, coach, official, medical or administrative records entered into the platform.

- Authentication data obtained through Google OAuth when an authorized user connects a Google account for permitted platform functions.
- Media-related data, such as video titles, descriptions, YouTube upload metadata, and associated administrative actions.
- Financial or logistical data, where applicable, such as accommodation selections, participation fees, and travel-related information entered into the service.
4. How We Collect Data
- Directly from users when they fill out forms, create accounts, register participants, upload information, or contact us.

- From authorized third-party integrations, such as Google services, when a user explicitly grants access.

- To provide, operate, secure, and improve SavatePlus.

- Where Google account access is involved, the relevant processing is based on the user’s explicit authorization and the technical necessity of providing the requested functionality.
7. Google OAuth and Google Data
- If Google OAuth is used, we only request the scopes necessary for the intended feature.
- Where the platform uses YouTube integration, access may be used to upload videos or manage related publishing actions expressly initiated by an authorized user.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except when necessary to provide the service, comply with law, or protect rights and security.
