These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SavatePlus, operated by Fédération Internationale de Savate through savateplus.sport. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Operator

2. Purpose of the Service

• SavatePlus is a digital platform intended to support sports administration and related activities, including competition management, registrations, accreditations, scheduling, results, rankings, media workflows, and associated operational tools.

3. Eligibility and Authorized Use

• Users may only use the service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Where access is restricted, users must be duly authorized by the relevant organization, federation, club, event operator, or platform administrator.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that information they submit is accurate, lawful, and up to date.

4. Accounts and Credentials

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activities performed under their account.
• Users must notify us promptly if they suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
• We may suspend or restrict access where necessary for security, operational, or legal reasons.

5. Acceptable Use

• Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, infringe rights, or use the service in a way that could damage SavatePlus or third parties.
• Users must not submit false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, infringing, or malicious content.

6. Google and Third-Party Integrations

• Some features may rely on third-party services, including Google or YouTube integrations.
• Use of those integrations may be subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.
• Where a user connects a third-party account, the user is responsible for ensuring they are authorized to do so.

7. User Content and Operational Data

• Users retain responsibility for content and data they submit to the service.
• By submitting content or data, users grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, organize, transmit, and manage that content for the operation of the service and its legitimate purposes.
• Users represent that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to submit such content and data.

8. Intellectual Property

• SavatePlus, its structure, software elements, visual presentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Except where expressly allowed, users may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the service or its protected components without prior authorization.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

• Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• Users handling personal data through SavatePlus must do so in compliance with applicable data protection law and internal authorization rules.

10. Availability and Changes

• We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice where appropriate.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

11. Disclaimer

• The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• We make reasonable efforts to maintain the service, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, secure, accurate, complete, or free from defects.

12. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fédération Internationale de Savate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, reputation, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

• Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fédération Internationale de Savate, its representatives, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses resulting from unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, created security risks, caused operational disruption, or where suspension is otherwise necessary.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory legal protections applicable under other laws where required.
• Any dispute arising in connection with the service shall fall under the competent courts of France, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to the Terms

• We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
